These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Pilara Studio Ltd´s website and services. By using the services, users agree to these terms.

Pilates sessions terms & conditions:

1. Participation at Own Risk
I understand that Pilates and related exercise activities involve physical movement and carry an inherent risk of injury. I confirm that I participate voluntarily and at my own risk.

2. Health & Medical Disclosure
I confirm that I have no medical condition, injury or illness that would prevent safe participation, or that I have informed the instructor of any relevant conditions (including pregnancy, recent surgery, musculoskeletal issues or ongoing pain).

3. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment
I understand that Pilates instruction is movement-based and educational in nature and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

4. Instructor Discretion
I acknowledge that instructors may modify exercises or request that I stop participation if deemed necessary for safety.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilara Studio, its owners and instructors are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

6. Use of Equipment
I agree to use all equipment as instructed and follow studio guidelines at all times.


Booking & Payment terms & conditions
:

1. Booking & Payment
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated or covered by valid class credits or memberships.

2. Age Requirement
Clients must be 16 years or older to book and participate in classes or sessions at Pilara Studio. 

3. Cancellation Policy – Classes
Classes may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a credit back to your account.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in the loss of the class credit.
To allow others the opportunity to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel as soon as you know you are unable to make it.

4. Cancellation Policy – 1:1 Sessions & Appointments
Private sessions and appointments require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full or counted as used.

5. Late Arrival & No-Shows
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once a class has begun, as this can disrupt the session and impact safety.
No-shows may result in the loss of the session or class credit and/or an additional fee.

6. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in exercise. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns prior to class.
If you are unsure whether a class is suitable for you, we recommend seeking medical advice before participating.

7. Studio Rules & Hygiene
All clients are expected to follow studio rules, hygiene standards and instructor guidance at all times. This includes:
• Wearing appropriate workout attire
• Wearing grip socks for equipment-based classes
• Using equipment as instructed
• Maintaining good personal hygiene
• Treating instructors, staff and fellow clients with respect
Pilara Studio reserves the right to refuse participation or entry if studio rules are not followed.

8. Memberships & Class Packs
Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Expiry terms, usage limits and pricing are outlined at the time of purchase.
Monthly memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months (2 renewals) and cannot be terminated until this initial commitment period is complete.
Unused membership credits will roll over from month to month provided the membership remains active. Any unused credits will expire immediately upon cancellation, expiry, or termination of the membership.
Members may request to change their membership by contacting the studio. Any changes are subject to availability and will take effect from the next billing cycle.
To cancel a monthly membership after the minimum commitment period, 28 days’ notice is required.
Early termination of annual memberships will incur a £100 cancellation fee.

9. Changes & Cancellations by the Studio
Pilara Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class schedules, instructors or formats where necessary. We will endeavour to provide notice whenever possible.
