Reformer classes
Essentials
Control · Technique · Confidence
A foundational Reformer class focused on alignment, control and movement quality.
A steady, supportive pace allows you to build confidence and develop a strong understanding of the reformer.
Suitable for beginners who feel comfortable with general movement and want to build a solid foundation.
Next step: Progress
Progress
Flow · Coordination · Precision
Progress builds on the Essentials foundations by introducing more complex exercises, longer sequences and greater coordination.
You’ll begin to move more continuously, developing confidence, control and a deeper understanding of the reformer.
This is not a high-intensity class — the challenge comes from precision, control and flow.
Suitable for those who have completed Essentials or have previous reformer experience and feel comfortable with the fundamentals.
Next step: Strength
Gentle
Support · Stability · Ease
A slower, more supportive Reformer class designed for those who want to move at a gentler pace with a higher level of individual guidance.
This class focuses on building stability, improving mobility, and creating a safe and comfortable introduction to movement.
With a greater degree of individual adaptation and support throughout, exercises can be adjusted to suit different bodies, needs and starting points.
Ideal if you’re new to exercise, returning after injury, managing aches and pains, or feel you would benefit from a more gradual and supported approach.
Strength
Power · Endurance · Intensity
A more athletic Reformer class focused on building muscular strength and endurance.
Expect heavier resistance, longer working intervals and the use of props such as weights. The pace is more dynamic and physically demanding than previous levels.
You’ll spend less time learning and more time training, this class assumes confidence with the reformer and its fundamentals.
Suitable for those with previous reformer experience who are ready for a more physically challenging class.
Mat Classes
Pilates
Control · Alignment · Technique
A calm, technically focused mat class rooted in classical Pilates principles.
We move at a steady pace, focusing on control, alignment and quality of movement, with time to understand and refine each exercise.
Exercises are taught in layers, allowing you to work at a level that feels appropriate for your body on the day.
Best for: All levels, including beginners and those returning to exercise
Barre
Burn · Posture · Endurance
A dynamic, full-body class blending elements of Pilates, ballet-inspired movement and isometric strength work.
Expect small, controlled movements, high repetitions and that deep muscle burn — all designed to build strength, endurance and improved posture.
Inspired by ballet-based movement, without the use of a traditional barre.
Best for: Those comfortable with the basics and looking for a slightly more challenging class.
Sculpt
Strength · Energy · Power
A dynamic, strength-focused mat class that blends Pilates principles with controlled resistance training.
Expect weights, higher repetitions and more continuous sequences designed to build strength, endurance and definition.
The pace is more energising and physically challenging, while still maintaining the precision and control of Pilates.
Best for: Those who feel comfortable with the fundamentals and are ready for a more challenging class
