What our clients say
Frequently asked questions
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. Many of our members started with little or no Pilates experience. We offer beginner-friendly options in both Reformer and Mat Pilates, and we're happy to help you choose the class that best suits your experience, goals and any injuries or limitations.
Exercises are layered and adapted, allowing you to progress at your own pace. If you're unsure where to start, we're always happy to guide you towards the most suitable class.
What should I know before my first class?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can welcome you and get you settled before class.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and grip socks. Grip socks are required for Reformer classes and recommended for Mat, Barre and Sculpt classes. If you don't have a pair, they are available to purchase at the studio.
Bring water if you´d like.
If it's your first time, don't worry – your instructor will guide you through everything before class begins.
Do I need grip socks?
Grip socks are required for Reformer classes and recommended for Mat classes. If you don't have a pair, they are available to purchase at the studio.
Which class should I start with?
Which class should I start with?
If you're new to Pilates, don't worry – all of our classes are designed to be welcoming and supportive.
For Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with one of our Level 1 classes:
Essentials is ideal if you're generally comfortable with movement and exercise, have a baseline level of fitness, and are new to Reformer Pilates. Expect a supportive class with clear instruction and plenty of guidance.
Gentle Reformer is slower paced and offers more time for set-up, explanation and individual modifications. We recommend this class if you have pre-existing injuries, ongoing conditions, are returning to exercise, or simply prefer a more supportive pace.
If you're new to Pilates in general, or feel a little nervous about trying the Reformer, our Mat Pilates class is a wonderful place to start. The class is suitable for all levels. We begin with foundational exercises and build them up with layers and options, allowing you to work at your own pace.
If you're still unsure, please get in touch – we'd be very happy to help you choose the right class for you.

If you are pregnant, you must inform us prior to attending and have approval from your GP or midwife.

No problem — we’ll help you switch to a more suitable session.
